You may return most new and unopened incorrect items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For this case we'll also pay the return shipping costs. By incorrect items we mean any different product received instead of the one ordered results of an error from our side.
For any other situation, we don't accept or handle any returns.
You should expect to receive your refund for incorrect items within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Before ordering, you can check on the product webpage, the stock availability and the delivery delay. We do our best to ship products available in stock in the same working day or the next working day for orders placed later in the afternoon, the evening or at night before 00h00. The delivery delay may take longer depending on the shipping address accessibility to TNT or the customs release for international shipments.
Any order can be cancelled and refunded, if asked by the customer before it has been shipped. The orders marked as shipped cannot anymore cancelled or refunded.
