Product Description
2× Hieff™ PCR Master Mix (No Dye) is a ready-to-use premixed solution designed for conventional polymerase chain reaction (PCR). It contains Hieff™ Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl₂, and an optimized reaction buffer to support DNA amplification.
This master mix does not contain bromophenol blue tracking dye. Compared with PCR master mixes containing dye, the amplified products cannot be loaded directly onto an agarose gel for electrophoresis without adding an appropriate loading buffer or dye.
The 2× formulation simplifies PCR preparation by requiring the addition of primers, template DNA, and water according to the recommended protocol. It is suitable for routine molecular biology research and DNA amplification workflows.
